This project transforms a series of underutilized lots into a cohesive, 44-space parking facility that supports the evolving needs of a community-based institution. We led zoning and strategic planning efforts to consolidate multiple parcels into a single property, enabling the formal site development process to advance with clarity and intent. This small-scale intervention illustrates how thoughtful site strategy can serve as a lever for long-term impact and expand accessibility in the present while preserving flexibility for future growth and reinforcing the institution’s role as a neighborhood anchor.
